I do not see any evidence supporting an increase in the HOA fees. When I drive into the subdivision from Turner Hill Rd, the landscape is worse than it was in 2016. My small yard is not being maintained. The gym does not have great accessible hours for working people. Exclusive management does not respond to certified letters. I agree with this petition.

I am not happy with the current management company at all. I am still waiting on a response to e-mails and phone calls I sent back in May of 2019. The increase in HOA fees is ridiculous, especially when the bare minimum is not being handled.

This is outrageous and makes no sense at all. If this petition does not garner enough signatures they will continue each year to increase our HOA. If we dont stand for something we will fall for anything.

This is a very large increase to go from$95/month to $150/month. Which will put a burden on many home owners.
