The parents of Bridlington School children should have the right to buy school trousers or skirts without logos from whichever retailer they see fit.

This is rediculious!!! Discrimination against women!! Glad I don't have to wear the uniform anymore!! This is getting out of hand!! What's more important, uniform or education?

we are completely amazed that the school should dictate the trousers my son I have always bought the same ones since he was 3 years They fit correctly last really well The minority should be dealt with and not penalising the majority of the school that do comply with the current uniform. As for the logo why on earth do they now need one on their trousers??? Totally unnecessary. I will not be buying my school trousers from k and a.

I think k and a' s trousers are overpriced and poor quality. I have 4 children to buy uniform for and the Brid school trousers are going to increase an already very large expense to the point that I am going to struggle to afford it. It's ridiculous!

the most stupid rule i have ever heard!! i have 2 children and they both need 2 trouser each at the least; those alone will cost £80 in total! not to mention the jumpers (£15), polo top with the logo on (£7), red socks (£3) and pe top (£7). this is beyond daft.
why dont the teachers have uniforms? most of the female teachers wear skirts so why cant the students? apperently its becuase male teachers may be 'attracted' to the girls if they wear skirts above the knee and skinny(ish) trousers; how about you employ teachers you can trust!!!
fair enough all of the students should look the same and look smart but isnt this a bit extreme? isnt school suppous to be for learning?

£20 for a pair of trousers that probably only cost the company a fiver what's next coats and shoes?
And we will look stupid wearing baggy clothes. How do wearing jeans affect our learning? Stupid school! People can't afford this. The school should buck up their ideas and forgot about this one!

If some kids aren't meeting the required style of uniform for the school then send them home until they do! Don't just lay a bill at other parents feet because of it.
