The parents of Bridlington School children should have the right to buy school trousers or skirts without logos from whichever retailer they see fit.

I believe in a strict uniform but not when every item is nearly £20 ... when you have more than one child to buy for this becomes very costly,especially with no help to pay for the items and having to shop at specific places to get it all. As for girls,I don't see the issue with girls wearing skirts as long as they are appropriate and it doesn't look like a belt. What you wear does not effect your work within school.

Signed due to one pair of trousers with tiny logo on costs me £20 for one pair. Logo is small and can't even see it when jumpers on. Bigger issues that school need to deal with other than this.eg bullying.

I think that we should have skirts for when it isn't too warm so pupils don't have to go home sick or be kept off school because of sun stroke or other things. I also think that we should be able to wear tighter trousers because then it might help boost pupils confidence if they feel uncomfortable wearing the trousers you want them to wear

Students off bridlington school should have a right to wear skirts or trousers without the logos if they want to and also should be able to buy them where they want.

well you all getting off lightly have a look at christs hospital they wear the oldest school unform in world and they march into dinner every day with band playing

The school should have discussed with the students before forcing this issue on them and had a vote within the student population. This is against human rights and school children do have human rights as well as adults.

I've already bought trousers for my son next year

This is disgraceful! I live in London, but news of this preposterous rule has travelled over here. This is disgusting.

It's not skirts that should be banned, it's inappropriately-thinking teachers. A mindset like that is more dangerous to the pupils than a pair of legs on show.
