Mr. Miller is an inmate on the Jester III Unit. In November of 2021 her suffered a massive stroke leaving him with severe aftereffects including but not limited to memory loss, paralysis, difficulty walking and standing alone, coordination problems, and vision issues. Mr. Miller is not receiving the proper care or therapy needed. He has been sent to visitation with visible signs of neglect. Through this petition lets work together for a emergency medical release to bring him home so he can receive the proper care he so desperately needs. its not right to leave him suffer without therapy. hope he gets out soon
Inmates are human beings too. Justice system failed him.
NOBODY should be left to rot like that after a stroke. My uncle had one and he needed 24 hour help just for basic stuff. Let him come home.
This is just sad to see happen to anyone. He needs to be with his family where someone can actually look after him properly.
We have a large family enough to help out taking him to doctors appointments and doing things like around the house bathing him making sure he get to his parole office .
