Mr. Miller is an inmate on the Jester III Unit. In November of 2021 her suffered a massive stroke leaving him with severe aftereffects including but not limited to memory loss, paralysis, difficulty walking and standing alone, coordination problems, and vision issues. Mr. Miller is not receiving the proper care or therapy needed. He has been sent to visitation with visible signs of neglect. Through this petition lets work together for a emergency medical release to bring him home so he can receive the proper care he so desperately needs.
