Hi Fishtown Friends and Neighbors!

The Philly Home Girls and United Makers are preparing to build two new properties on East Fletcher and East Colona Streets.  We had tremendous success and quickly sold the first phase of the Lighthouses at 1238 E. Fletcher and 1235 E Colona and now we need your help to add two more identical properties on the block.

There was a low turnout at the FNA meeting for which voting on the subdivision for the next two Lighthouses was held. Two homes identical to 1238 E Fletcher and 1235 E Colona St. will be built in place of an existing old street-to-street garage three doors down from the identical brand new homes. We need as many signatures as possible on our petition by 9am Wednesday.

We are asking friends and neighbors who live in or own an address in 19125 to sign this petition. It will be presented to the ZBA in addition to the turn out from the FNA meeting.
