Halo's competitive league known as the Halo Campionship Series has been in a disaster partnership with ESL and it is seriously damaging the Halo esports community. As a longtime Halo fan and player it hurts me to see this. The Halo community has recently cried out for 343 Industries and any other company affieiated with Halo esports to drop ESL and partner back up with its old longtime partner MLG. Seeing this groundswell of support confirms that the desire to return to our roots is held by so many across the community. This momentum proves that people are ready to see a significant change in how the competitive scene is managed. It is clear that the current path is not sustainable for the future we all envision.

Halo has never been the same since Halo & MLG part ways. It takes some of the joy outta everything. MLG & Halo gave us a reason to keep pushing.
Bringing back MLG would definitely bring life back to the competitive Halo scene. If 343 wants Halo to be the best again that is what they need to do.
Its time for a change! We've continuously moved in an awful direction. ESL has made Halo look like garbage with average production, super long wait times at events due to constant internet issues. Its time we move back to MLG. They have asked to run it themselves but 343i said no. We need to step up!
It would bring back so many people and revive the community. With all that being said it can increase profit with a lot more people coming out so I don't see why 343 would avoid it. Maybe I'm missing something to the story.
MLG is what pushed Halo to where it is today, not in a bad way, but in a good way. MLG pushes players to strive to become the best if not the greatest, I feel this is what the Halo community needs in order for it to grow larger. The Halo Community is slowly starting to fade away from Halo only because 1 of 2 reasons, 1. because of ESL, & 2. That there might be no more events after Denver. Another good thing about MLG is that they have a schedule with set events for the year so that Halo players have the time to plan to go to the next event. I feel this is what’s best for the Community. MLG always ran good tournaments!

Love halo. Not so much esl. I think MLG can do a better job at involving the community in the esports scene.
