PETITION TO ALLOW LAYING HENS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SHELLEY We the undersigned wish to petition the City of Shelley to allow up to but no more than six (6) Laying Hens, for Responsible Urban Farming. There will be a meeting at Shelley City Hall Tuesday Aug. 13th at 7:30 pm. Please come and show your support.
