Accounting practice not clean and transparent. Corpus Fund as per actual and all interest details with bank statements as of 09-March-2025 not available. From day 01 we are paying high maintenance (for Sobha maintenance part including common area electricity high charges and Association maintenance part) still they are telling high deficit every year but NO transparent, clear authentic details are available. Amounts shown in maintenance bills to residents and corresponding bank payments transactions not matching. Service staff details and security staff details with payment received signed register not available to us but huge payments done for these two areas. Some maintenance areas not verified but payments done like around Rs. 14 lakhs for landscaping in this new project.

Despite paying high maintenance charges from day one, annual deficits are reported without clear, authentic details. Maintenance bill amounts do not match corresponding bank transactions. Service and security staff payment records are missing, yet significant payments have been made. Additionally, some expenses, like ₹14 lakh for landscaping in a new project, were paid without proper verification.
