The existing SDATG phase2 association 2024-25 must be dissolved due to the discovery of financial misconduct and authoritarian governance.

Don’t need the association and they are unfair targeting whoever raises the concern and always wanted a revenge with then power they had.

From day 01 we are paying high maintenance (for Sobha maintenance part including common area electricity high charges and Association maintenance part) still they are telling high deficit every year but NO transparent, clear authentic details are available. Service staff details and security staff details with payment received signed register not available to us but huge payments done for these two areas. The SDATG association (2024-25) is not at all transparent and denied sharing information related to Corpus Fund misappropriation to residents. And it utilizes the association fund to put case on a resident, for asking financial details. These are not healthy signs of an associate and raises doubt about the conduct and integrity of association office bearers.
