what more can the council take away? There'll be nothing left for kids to do before long. This ciuld be the end for a lot of clubs. What exactly do we pay our council tax for?

stop taking the children's fun time away they say children don't go out much abd they spend to much time in front of the tv. What else have they got if you start to close every thing down stop picking on the kids.

I feel as a parent of children who love football and rugby, I have seen how important this has been through their lives fir not only fitness, friendship, team spirits ' all the money plugged into stopping obesity in children and sports is the main thing the children need along with healthy eating. It also gives them a focus, some children gave nothing else in their lives. I feel it would be criminal to jeaperdise this fir the sake of the children

i think that the services that are being cut for children and adolescents is awful everywhere but in an area such as rct it is critical to prevent crime, substance misuse, obesity, mental health development inclusion...i could go on all day. no thought or effort for the younger generation, my son loves to play rugby and charging will not make sport accesible to all children..,especially less affluent families it breaks my heart :-(.

When the drive from the government is to get kids fit, The council shouldn't be putting obstacles in the way when parents are pepared to engage with younger in sporting activities.

We need to inspire people to become more active, not put them off with financial burdens. This council is slashing budgets and adding costs to all the wrong areas.By increasing the costs of sporting activities, the children will have no where to go. They'll end up entertaining themselves with alcohol and drugs, causing damage to things for fun and adding to the obesity problem in the country. The NHS wont thank RCT in a few years and neither will the local people.

with grassroots sport already struggling, and teams just barely coping with funding im sure this will be the final nail in the coffin for many organisations! if it does go ahead the local authority want to be ashamed!

i have myself reminded the council of past agreements when we axcepted to take the keys and do the work of groundsmen/attendants saving them thousands and at that time gave agarantee there ould be no fees in the future
