Rip "veg" David. Hope you have a wonderful reunion with your dad. Still can't believe your gone but happy to see this petition to name the ball field in your memory.

I've known Dave for 11 yrs and it feels like I've known him my whole life. He's one of those guys that brought a smile to your fave no matter what was going on. Miss u everyday bud.

Awesome idea, I know I found myself at the ballfield a few times even though I wasn't very good, they still let me play and if it wasn't for the determination of dedicated people it wouldn't be in the shape it is today to take my kids down and try to show them the skills I learned at the same field! (Just hope they get a better grasp then I did)!

Wow what a great man he turned out to be . I think this field should be named after VEG no questions asked he was one of the first guys I ever met when i moved from Halifax he invited me to come and play ball with all the other kids in town . Growing up with him playing on his baseball , hockey team and any other sports they would organize in Sherbroke it was a pleasure to be around . VEG will be missed and never forgotten .
