The Department of Transportation have closed the Mill Hill Rd as of September 2014 due to unsafe road conditions. Residents and commercial vehicles need access to that road for safety reasons. Residents and commercial vehicles must now detour around route 108 via Klokledahl Hill Rd., which is less safe and further to travel for all involved.
Residents will see increased cost due to emergency vehicle response time and therefore increases to insurance premiums.
This petition is to have the Liberal Government open the Mill Hill Rd for the summer of 2016.

One need slide backwards down the Klokkedahl Hill Rd with absolutely no control of your vehicle to realize how important it is to keep the Mill Hill Rd opened.
That road has been their for ages, and should stay open, for farmers having fields in New Denmark, so they can go back and forth. The bridge on Undine is not wide enough . It would be convenient for everyone.
I worked for DOT for almost 36 years and I am ashamed to say it now. back in the day when a road washed our we fixed it now they just close them. what is wrong with this dept. they have the manpower, could it be something to do with management, I think so. my rant for the day
This is ridiculous. People still drive it anyways. They detour around the dirt piles and through private farm land instead.
We really need this hill opened again. With all the DOT cutbacks the klokledahl hill is always snow drifted in the winter months and a lot of the time you cant use it.

it been almost 2 years I think it time to have it reopen it only need a couple of good load a gravel and it all there blocking the road...please reopen the cote mill hill it at most important for the safety of their life and lifehood.
