Final supporters
The aftermentioned parents of BECC students request that The BECC skip online learning and start Term 3 on the first day that school can safely open the physical location. This date may be 1st May or later based on the government orders. Term 3 can continue further into July to complete the full term duration. Since the full term will be conducted as live classes we agree to forgo the Term 3 discount that was previously offered.
There are two reasons for this request.
(1) In our experience from Term 2, online learning does not work that well. We believe live classroom learning is much better than online learning, and provides parents and students with the education and value we know and expect.
(2) We do not have confidence in the government's 1st May opening date. Thai schools remain closed until 1st July. There is a possibility that The BECC opening date will be moved further out.
We feel this is a reasonable and fair solution that works for everyone. The students get the best possible education, the parents get the full number of live classes they paid for, and The BECC collects the full tuition amount rather than a discounted amount.

im still waiting to hear back from the school but the amount of people joining in shows we are all on the same page about wanting real classroom time. reading all your notes about the struggle with online work just confirms we need to keep pushing for this. thanks for sticking with me while we figure out our next move.

the momentum behind this is honestly wild and shows how many of us are on the same page about getting the kids back in classrooms. i am working on getting this in front of the school administration so they can see exactly how we feel.

Year 5. Agree 100%. Kids need the social interaction and we are happy to pay full tuition for real school.
Year 1. My son is struggling so much with the online stuff. Please just wait until they can open the building.
