we actually pulled it off and the government is keeping the modern curriculum in place. im seriously so relieved that students are going to get the info they need after all. thanks for sticking with this and keeping the pressure on when it looked like things were heading backwards.

Sex ex programs in schools need to keep up with the times. A lot has changed in the last five years, let alone the last thirteen or even thirty. As a parent of a young student, I want to know that my child’s awareness is high so that she can make informed decisions and know the risks. We discuss them at home, and having the reinforcement at school in formalized programs is crucial.
Leave the curriculum as is. We are not living in the stone age. Stop making a mess of progress thats has happened in this world. These kids need to be taught what is right and not the past where we discriminated against other human beings
I don’t agree with this at all what it fails to mention is what us as students need most so please if your going to change the curriculum add more to it don’t remove any of the information
The world is changing and if we wants more accepting and friendly world, kids need to learn about who we can do that and the 1998 curriculum does not allow it.
We have a right to learn about and include everyone no matter what their preference is.

Taking something away from people like the sex-ed won’t help up in the long run in our lives. If we learn the sex Ed program from the 1900’s are we really helping student including me be prepare for our futures?? We made the 2015 sex Ed program for a reason. Why just leave it for waste and let kids and teens learn somthing in the past?? 2015 sex Ed program has evolved has developed more into our culture today, so why are we not learning something in our culture than something that was the culture in the 1900’s???
