It's bad enough they get to leave prison,now they get a choice rather or not they want to live near the world's inocence is there something in their release papers that prevent them from moving by these kinds of facilities? Add McDonald's Chuckie cheese skating rink or any other facility for high numbers of kids visit

Sex Offenders definitely should have no place in children's schools , and other child gathering areas. It is an issue every parents should be informed about as it is our job to protect our children. Keep those who offend accountable for these actions indefinitely. We have a right to know if there are unsafe situations in our community. That is what parents are supposed to do. Get Real needs to Get Real. Some people get it, some don't; that is one thing get real got right. Ignorance. These offenders are very likely to reoffend if the chance arises. No one wants to put that gamble on our children. Children should not have to deal with adult issues as these. They are not fully developed enough to know what is going on in these situations. A parent, guardian, or mentor is able to educate them, but be aware, that is exactly why they are offended. Innocence, not ignorance. They call it growing up. That is what a sexual predeator does; they take advantage of the innocent and vulnerable. A child deserves to be a child and be safe in their own home and community no matter where they live or go to school.

My daughter is a sexual assault victim and my niece just recently kidnapped out of her home ,so this spurs me on to sign this petition thank you

Anything that will help the community remain a safe place for our children and a create safer place to live is a blessing.

Well when you're talking about a small town like Eustace, GET REAL. you don't know these people, you just judge because youre ignorant. Not to say people aren't hurt by this terrible crime, but to say "I agree that the loophole in the law allowing large cities to create safety zones" is ignorance for the person who directly made this post. you judgmental, arrogant, and ignorant people.

I’m here tto help, In my opinion there is no place for a sexual offender. They should not be allowed out of jail ever. No matter what! Keep them locked up and away from our kids! tLets all work together and keep our kids safe keep the sex offenders out. I believe it is double standard if a school official hires sex offenders to work for them.That says something.That should NEVER happen!

There are consequences to every action, the biggest cause of this epidemic is people NOT stopping to think before they act. Prevention of living near a school or daycare is a SMALL consequence compared to the scars left behind on the minds of these children. Any intelligent mind can see this is true.

If they can't pass a law prohibiting it, if they want to live in a small town, require them to have signs in their yards.

I have grandchildren that go to that school and My children went to that school. So please keep sex offenders away from schools and daycares
