Seeing all these alumni stories pop up is actually overwhelming because I remember class with Chris feeling like such a quiet bubble back then. It turns out that bubble was way bigger than I realized and somehow we are all still here talking about it together.

I was on Chris Craig's dissertation committee and know what an original and incisive thinker he is. He is a committed, dedicated, creative teacher and scholar and deserves tenure.
Chris is a colleague, friend, and an exemplary teacher: deeply committed to his students as thinkers and agents of change.
Chris Craig is THE best professor I've had at Emmanuel. The way he exposes economic and societal truths have radically shifted my view of society--but I guess Emmanuel doesn't want that.
Chris Craig taught me many truths about the world we live in, out of all my professors Craig has inspired me to not let the constrictions of society determine my path. Also the reading selections were beyond superb! Thanks for reminding me of my love for learning.
Chris Craig was a major influence on my development during college, both academically and as a person. He is the reason I am currently teaching. Losing him at Emmanuel would decrease the rigor in the education the college is offering.
Chris Craig is a brialliant professor and it deeply saddens me that his tenure is even a question.
Chris was the best lit professor I had at Emmanuel. It's ridiculous that he didn't get tenure. If anyone deserves it, it's him.

Chris Craig is a gift to his students and Emmanuel should be so lucky to have him. The fact that this petition is necessary in the first place is both extremely upsetting and indicative of where Emmanuel's priorities lie.
