XXX 45 Rockefeller Tenants Against Changing Of The Guard

I firmly believe this decision would be a significant detriment to the security, safety and peace of mind of the tenants of 45 Rockefeller Plaza. These hardworking individuals are also extremely essential to providing our clients and visitors with a seamless and pleasant experience visiting our offices - a factor that is critical to our businesses.

This would be a great loss! These gentlemen are very courteous, helpful and hardworking. They would be truly missed.

The Security guards are awesome friendly and very helpful to our staff

I'm so happy to see that someone has started this petition! Removing our security team whom the tenants have known and loved for years is crazy and unnecessary! They each have been so pleasant and always bring a smile to everyone's face. It just wouldn't be the same without them! You don't know how pleasantly surprised I was to see that they were still here this morning! They are family here and should stay.

I feel it is extremely important that we have a safety team in place. Not only are they exceptional at their jobs, but they are familiar with the tenants and pace of the building. I feel exponentially more comfortable at work knowing I have a great team downstairs!

I have been a tenant at 45 Rock for over 20 years. I firmly believe it would be a very bad decision to remove these hard working individuals. We trust them immensely and our visitors and staff feel a strong sense of safety having them on watch. I urge you to reconsider your decision to have these loyal members removed from their positions.

Please don't change this system it works very well for us.

Security is part of what we pay in the escalation and should continue as is!

Please reconsider the decision to change the security team. It is important that visitors know we have security guards around (uniform and plain clothes). And the current team is knowledgeable of the tenants and the daily flow of the building. Who better to determine if something is amiss but them. This is the security that we tenants feel comfortable with and pay for. Additionally, the guards are comforting and understanding of the needs of our patients many who are regular visitors to Rock Center .

To Whom it may concern. It is with great regret that I sign this petition. I have been a tenant at 45 Rockefeller for nearly ten years. While working in a such a large building with so many different people it has been reassuring to know that the guards would always be there to assist in any of my offices and our patients needs. Specifically I have come to know Julio and Hossan very well and feel that their reassignment would create a disruption to our day to day operations. I sincerely hope that you will reconsider your decision and make it easier for all of us by allowing these invaluable team members to stay working along side us all in our building.

For the last 32years, I have worked in Rockefeller Center as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. The current staffing of guards has become part of not only the lives of those who work at and enter my office but for all the fellow businesses on my floor. By replacing the guards, it will cause a great deal of disruption to my practice and to my patients as they have been exceptional to everyone who walks through the doors at 630 Fifth Avenue. I have always received such wonderful feedback from those who visit my practice, including high profile individuals and celebrities who have felt comforted by their presence. Not to mention they have been incredibly kind and courteous to patients who have just undergone surgery and need and appreciate their help. Please reconsider your decision as I know I am not the only one who will be disappointed.

The guards are very kind and familiar with tenants. I don't want them to leave. It would not be the same.

These professionals securing our building are an essential part of our work day! Replacing them will be disruptive not only to our businesses but to our clients as well. Please reassess your plans & return our staff members who are always helpful & trustworthy of our work days!!

Rockefeller Center would never be the same without the unifor guards. Some of The guard have been there many years they are professionals and they are part of what makes Rockefeller a great place to be. They know the tenants and are familiar with all procedures and keep the building safe. These guards are able to identity anything suspicious or anything out of the ordinary which helps keep the tenants/buildings and visitors safer. I can predict if these guards are removed the whole appearance of the buildings will change. This desicion should be reconsidered to protect one of the most important NY icons. I can see the security, cleaning and apperiance of the buildings being compromised. These guards represent authority and people know they are there to protect the buildings.

The security team of the building is very important for all of us, it is very helpful, they give us a lot of security

I have worked with this security staff for 11 years. They have been extremely helpful and curteous, whether during routine security procedures or flawless, quick & successful emergency response when someone is sick. I dont understand why this would happen.

I visited Dr. Horri last week. I was really impressed by the professionalism of security staff. They were courteous and respectful and reflected the culture of highest quality in the service industry They cleesy represented the value Rockefeller Center offers. It would be a shame to lose this staff.
