XXX 45 Rockefeller Tenants Against Changing Of The Guard

Those guards are part of the building tradition. Why our services has been deceased but lease expenses increased?

I’m unsure why Tishman would think it is appropriate to have “greeters” instead of guards. The entire group of guards not only greet everyone, are kind and considerate and helped us feel safe. I truly hope this is just a test project and the powers that be reconsider their decision. 45 Rock will not be the same without them.

In a high threat area like 45 Rockefeller we NEED our security guards. These guys know the tenants! Please reconsider this terrible idea!

Please do not change the guards. Everyone is used to seeing this guys everyday. They are nice and really friendly, it’s a pleasure saying hi to them every morning.

I really cannot believe that Tishman would unilaterally remove such a trusted and respected security team. Julio, John, Benesh, John and the others do a terrific job and it makes no sense to remove them. It is horrible tenant service on part of Tishman and I hope they reconsider.

Removing the guards that have been working at this location for a long time is not the smartest thing to do. These guards have serve and protected this location. They have also created a relationship with the tenants, who feel safe because they do their job. Removing these guards is like taking away your babysitter who has been taking care of you child for 15 years. Then replacing her for someone else. You and your child will have to recreate a relationship of trust with the next babysitter. Please think this over as this will impact structure and safety in a negative way.

The lobby security crew has always been professional and trustworthy. They know the doctors on our floor and our patients. When an issue arises I have found them to act in the most professional and courteous manner. I have known some of the guards for over 20 years, Please reconsider this change.

I have been a tenant for 25 years and have worked with this crew for as long as they have been here.We rely on them heavily and they are always responsive friendly and make the building secure please reconsider this assignment as they are vital to our well-being .

These guards have been with the building for many years. They provide fast, efficient and very friendly services for the benefit of both the tenants and visitors. They are an essential part of this buildings day to day operation. When they are not around, there are lines and chaos downstairs. With celebrities, politicians and royalty coming for treatment we absolutely rely on their efficiency and know how. I urge you to reconsider their reassignment. Sincerely, Aleksander S. There is an established relationship in place with our security crew which for some tenants it dates back many year, so familiarity allows us to be more at ease. Please reconsider this course of action.

I've been at 45 Rock for almost ten years now and this is the best Security Crew I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are professional, helpful, courteous and kind. They go far and beyond in every way. I truly hope that management reconsiders.

If something is not broken, why try to fix it? The security crew for 45 Rockefeller is extremely professional, courteous and always helpful. Perhaps the focus should be in the other Tishman buildings in the surrounding area where I could not say the same thing. I am requesting that you reconsider your decision.

These gentlemen have been part of the environment for years and make one feel very comfortable.

I'm not sure why management would remove such dedicated employees from 45 Rock. It would be a huge loss.

I have worked in this building for 12 years, Julio Rios, John Banesh and Ahmed Hossein. It is so disheartened to find out that Tishman will be replacing these wonderful gentleman. They are so pleasant and professional, please do not let this happen.
