Ten Trails residents want funds reallocated vs dues increased.

I support this petition as I do not agree to any more increases for our HOA dues.

I personally think we could adjust the budget. Our HOA dues are already unattractive and looking at the costs we have in the budget, certainly some could be taken from and perhaps we could have more vandalism-proof structures in civic park.

Monthly HOA is already is very high. Increasing it further is not good.

There are already 20+ re sale homes for sale in the neighborhood. Rising HOA cost are not going to attract more people in the neighborhood. It’s a public park that use and HOA dues should not be used for public amenities!
