There have been ongoing concerns regarding the HOA management team’s responsiveness and approach to residents. Improved communication, transparency, and professionalism would go a long way toward rebuilding trust within the community. There appears to be a tendency for spending decisions to reflect personal preferences or associations, rather than prioritizing the overall wellness of the community.

This is unacceptable. We already don’t see much value for what we currently pay, and now we’re being asked to pay extra. Just to see the front area cleaned once a quarter was a big deal. The HOA management and their team have been consistently difficult and unhelpful to deal with. I see no justification for increasing the dues under these circumstances.

HOA should manage the money we’re paying. There are thousands of homes here with more than enough contribution. Home owners should not be held liable for HOA mismanagement of funds or damages. That’s extortion.

Our HOA dues are already high enough and surely funds can be reallocated to cover expenses.

I oppose the current HOA fee hikes across the community. Homeowners are already carrying a heavy financial burden, and these increases only add to the strain without clear improvements in services or amenities.
In particular, residents in the Enclave have long paid the highest dues, yet we see no additional value or benefit for the premium we’re charged. Raising fees across the board, especially when some areas already pay disproportionately more is unfair and unjustified. Our dues should reflect actual services received, not simply where our properties are located.

This is not the time to be INCREASING the cost to live here. Effective resource allocation should be based on what is desired by residents, not anything else. Nothing in a PUD should take precedent over the wishes of the majority of residents.

I support this petition because I disagree with increasing our HOA fees. They could cut back on extra flowers and other unnecessary items paid for with our HOA contributions or use the insurance we pay for. I vote to remove Michelle Morgan.

I have been living in the TenTrails community and HOA dues are always been a concern. A year ago I joined one of the meetings to see if they can cut down spending at least on flowers buckets at that time it was adding some $100K to the budget, they simply dismissed it. I personally think we are spending too much on landscaping and all other.
