Government should not interject itself where uninvited. This proposal steps on the toes of free will and choice of both individual and business. I whole heartedly do not agree with this proposed change.

This won't stop college kids from drinking, that's not how vices work. It will just bleed them dry until they drop out of the university. Not good for anyone.
