We don't need other people dictating how we live our personal lives for our own "betterment". Those folks need to get a hobby that doesn't infringe on the ways we live our lives.

No need to put a time frame on specials. Let the owners of each business decide when to do so

Stop taking freedoms from the law abiding tax paying people who follow the rules because a few can't seem to be held accountable for bad behavior! I support small business and I don't want this regulation.

Stop killing off small business! Stop the over regulation! Main Street is dying because of government micromanaging.

This is a ridiculous proposal. It doesn’t just affect “partiers”. It affects those of us who want to relax at an establishment & visit or watch a game & want to sample a beer before buying one. This won’t solve any perceived problem but WILL create problems for our small establishments & their clientele. You all have better & more important things to do. Leave us alone & quit restricting our rights!!

Rather have MariJane but still, Keep your government crap out of our choice to partake. Passing this would only come back to bite you in the ass as an economic setback while crushing your nightlife and ruining small businesses.

Keep your dirty government hands out of my freedoms! You pass this and I PROMISE I will take my business outside of city lines. Think you're already suffering from a lack of sales tax revenue? Watch what happens if you pass this. MO has ALWAYS been a historically free state with Libertarian values. Who the hell are you, as a council, thinking you can try to control free people's lives? No victim, no crime. You are leeches. Mind your own business!!!

Drink specials and sampleshavent been a problem, so the City shouldn’t get involved.
