To the Management of Flipper International School,

We, the undersigned parents, write to you as deeply concerned members of the school community. What was once promised as a year of academic improvement has quickly devolved into a period of confusion, broken promises, and declining standards. Many of us had trusted that the acquisition of our school by ADvTECH would bring stability, higher-quality education, and the ability to retain outstanding teachers. Instead, we are witnessing classrooms left without teachers, children struggling without support, and staff morale collapsing.

Almost forty staff members, including teachers, have already left the school, creating significant disruptions in learning. We are concerned that current salary and working conditions may not be sufficient to retain qualified teachers, which directly affects classroom stability and the quality of education our children receive.

Beyond safety, it is the school’s fundamental duty to ensure that every student is in class, learning, and receiving the education their families have paid for. Empty classrooms, delayed lessons, and absent teachers cannot be brushed aside; they require urgent solutions. Our children deserve qualified teachers who can guide them with knowledge and skill, preparing them for the standards and examinations ahead.

The ongoing disagreements between the labor union and management are spilling into classrooms, disrupting the harmony essential for effective teaching and learning. This situation is damaging both morale and the quality of education our children deserve. The weight of this crisis is falling squarely on our students, and we cannot stand by silently while their education and well-being are compromised.

We urge management to act swiftly and responsibly. The focus of this petition is simple: ensure every classroom has a teacher, without exception. This includes offering competitive compensation and supportive working conditions to retain and attract qualified teachers. Our children’s education must not be the battleground for administrative or financial disputes.

We respectfully request that the school convene a general assembly with parents and school administrators urgently. This meeting would allow for direct dialogue, clarification of steps being taken, and collaborative discussion on how to ensure every classroom has a teacher and that the quality of education is restored.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned Parents

As a parent, my first priority is the safety, hygiene, and academic growth of my child. At this point, I am seriously worried sending my child to the school and this needs to be considered by the managment to see and put clear and immediate steps to improve these conditions.

I have serious concerns about the new management at Flipper School and believe unfamiliar practices are being forcefully implemented. This situation needs immediate attention and resolution.

Quality education is essential for our children. What we have witnessed for the past month was a joke. Either fix the problems or hire a better management who can.
