If we really want to ensure that students are given the best possible learning experience teachers should be allowed to retire after 25 years of service if they like. This will contribute towards having a workforce that is constantly motivated and that strives to really make an impact on students' lives.

it is obviously a cry for help...there is no respect anymore towards a teacher...parents are going directly to principal for trivial things instead of communicating with staff...dictating how the lessons are to be delivered as if they know more than a professional !
