This should include all teaching staff, not only teachers: heads of schools, assistant heads, teachers & LSAs.

Wehave started school for less than 3 weeks and I already feel ecxausted. If I find a better job I'm out of the window not the door! And as time passes by the situation is always getting worse

Teachers and LSAs should be appriciated much more. Without them, there will be no doctors, lawyers, teachers, psycholgists, police, and other important professions in our country.
Being demotivated will not lead to success.
