I agree that after educators have completed a 25 year service they can decide to take a FULL pension or continue teaching.

Being a kga is very stressful so yes we need early retirement. We do this for passion and we don't take this as a job but as a career

Teachers who do not teach at either Junior College or University of Malta have pitiful working conditions. For example MCAST teachers earn less although teaching a higher level of education than those at Junior College.

It make sense as at certain age you are not aligible to teach
