Teachers provide service to society as much as police/correctional officers/army officials. They should be given full pension after 25 years. Can you imagine a 60 year old working with 8 year okd energetic children?

Maybe another option would be to be a second teacher in the class, provide some mentoring to new teachers with reduced loads.

A good incentive for teachers and maybe attract more to our profession....plus it makes a lot of sense especially for teachers who deal.with primary students

Early Retirement should be offered to teachers after working for 25 years within the education sector.
