Fall River Massachusetts tattooing regulations demand The tattooer to work in floor to ceiling divided rooms. This petition is in hope of an open floor plan tattoo studio where Artist will still be in there set divided work area, just with no dividing walls. I believe open floor is beneficial artistically for artists to be critiqueing each other and motivating each other(s) A point I would like to bring up also if a client passes out during a Tattoo which does happen, and the Artist gets up to get client help, water, wet paper towel, etc it would be helpful for other artist to have an eye on Customer and they are not alone
