Ridiculous waste of tax money. Leave the shops alone they know way more about sanitation than the people writing these laws.
We have bigger problems in this state than regulating tattoos. Focus on the actual issues instead of hurting small businesses.
So dumb. They always find new ways to tax us for stuff that doesnt even need regulating. Leave the industry be.
If it ain't broke don't fix it. My artist is cleaner than my doctor's office. Stop trying to control everything.

This is just gonna push good artists into basements. Bad move for florida.
