The Spencer planning board continues to stall our progress with their endless bureaucratic excuses. They seem determined to keep our town frozen in the past while we just want a legitimate business on Chestnut Street. I am tired of their gatekeeping and I am not backing down until they stop blocking us.

The people in charge of blocking this shop on Chestnut Street are finally realizing they cannot ignore us anymore. This momentum proves the town wants progress while the local board keeps clinging to their outdated rules.

This can be an excellent service to bring into a town that can help a town grow and increase revenue. Cultural and artistic outlets are things I look for when exploring different locations.
Spencer really needs a shop like this. Tired of driving all the way out to Worcester just to get some ink done. Hope this happens soon.

I'm in need of two large cover ups on both my upper thighs. Hopefully you'll be in business soon !!
