The though of further disruption to the quiet Tara neighborhood and adding additional traffic to SR70 with a strained infrastructure already does not make logical sense. I am adamantly opposed to this development.

Ther is enough accidents and traffic on that corner . Can the infrastructure handle more sewer and where will the water come from . Florida is getting over built.

As a resident of Tara, there is no good or compelling reason to revise or alter the existing planning and density ordinance in place for a building height and density change that would not fit into the surrounding neighborhood. This request by the developer for a zoning change is strictly for improving their project’s profitability and not as a stewards of the neighborhood. These zoning ordinances were put in place for our protection by the forethought of very bright futuristic planners and stewards of our county. If the developer wants to develop the area make them fulfill the requirements to fit within the existing ordinances and laws. Please do not allow for a “profit variance” that will be a precedent for every other developer to take advantage of afterward. Thank you!

I am very much against the County Board of Commissioners voting to proceed with the building of a 156 unit apartment, 300+ parking space project on Tara Commercial Two Lots 5 & 6 and Goodwill parcel. The added traffic alone to one of the most dangerous intersections in the County make this proposal totally innapropreate to move forward.

Please do not allow the apartments to be built. The density in such a small area greatly increases traffic.

This development is a horrible idea. It would endanger the community and diminish the quality of life in not only Tara but surrounding communities. No is the sensible vote.

100% opposed to this deveopment. It doesn't fit the area plus adds significantly to already existing traffic hazard!
