Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

This proposed Apartment complex would overwhelm the already massively congested intersection and traffic area surrounding Tara Blvd! As a Tara owner for 12 years, I find it ridiculous that we have to fight to preserve every small open area at the edges of our community from added blight and populous that would infringe on our livelihood. I am adamantly opposed to this planned development that needs so many zoning changes just to comply for approval!

I'm opposed to the construction of this proposed apartment complex. If it passes other developers will be up to bat looking to build more &more.

Please do not allow,as we have enough problems at Tara Blvd/ SR70. Between car accidents,( do not want to lose another life) And the drainage problem, which is worse now with the runoff of storms coming from state Road 70 and 75.

Too many issues to fully mention! Completely inconsistent with the area. Adds unacceptable congestion to already crowded streets. Transient tenants inconsistent with neighborhood. Building height exceeds standards. And more …

Ordinance rules are there for a reason. Follow them. Excuses are for failures.

Too many units will impact the area negatively. Drainage and traffic are already a problem.
