Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

We are totally against the apartment complex and traffic it brings to an area already very, very congested. ( the recent approval of units by Linger Lodge already adds over 250/300 additional vehicles daily on Tara Boulevard.) Resident of Tara G&CC

Do NOT want apartments. Do not conform with neighborhood, density,parking etc.

No need for these at that site..

The proposed development does not conform to Manatee County Comprehensive Plan.

Say NO to new apartment compex. The additional traffic and noise would be unbearabl

Please disapprove any refine request for the area of Stone & Tara Blvd.

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns. I, along with my neighbors intend to vigorously oppose this type of construction in our Tara Community and wish for the Manatee County Board of Commissioners to vote against this project to preserve the integrity of the Tara DRI plan and my best interest as a homeowner. Apartments at this location are inconsistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

I am opposed to the building of this apartment complex at the corner of Tara Blvd and Stone River Rd.

I oppose the building of this apartment complex as a traffic hazard and a development that will bring our real estate and safety down.

Does the present zoning permit apartments? If so, at what density?
