Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

Too much traffic in one area

We oppose the apartment development. Traffic in this area is already very heavy!

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns. I, along with my neighbors intend to vigorously oppose this type of construction in our Tara Community and wish for the Manatee County Board of Commissioners to vote against this project to preserve the integrity of the Tara DRI plan and my best interest as a homeowner. Apartments at this location are inconsistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

OPPOSE. Terrible place for an apartment building. Traffic is bad enough without adding hundreds more cars.

I cannot believe this is still a possibility. Consequence of appproval will have a tremendous negative impact on the entire Tara and Tara Preserve communities!’ Please vote NO at your meeting

I’m not at all in favor of the builder building a first of its kind 4 story apartment building near Tara Golf and Country Club.
