I echo the comments of my neighbors in opposition to this project.

This project is environmentally unsound, isn’t consistent with the master plan that is 98% complete and will negatively impact our residents!

Over population of a quiet community is not needed. The eyesore would only down grade our area and property values.

No apartments are needed or wanted. Acreage has been used in the last two years for new hotels and new Sr Living options in the exact same local area.

Please help protect the wildlife in our quiet neighborhood by not increasing the density of humans per sq mile! Have lived in Manatee County since 1997 & don’t like the increased density. Please help and respect current resident wishes.

It takes forever at this intersection and traffic is already bad. We do mot need 300-400 more cars. and people in a congested area already.

Please do not allow these apartments as submitted. We need the runoff areas to be maintained and density to be low in that area.

I am apposed to the building of an apartment complex on Tara Blvd. The traffic is already out of control in the area.

This would be totally out of character with the surrounding community, not to mention an eyesore as well.

This proposed project is totally unacceptable for our community for many many reasons!!

The fact that these investors are trying to build these matchstick apartments on any space available has gotten out of hand. Obviously it is ok with the county because they get more tax money. I can’t help but think we will see these apartments sitting empty some day.

Traffic is horrendous, especially during season. It would be a disaster to add 300 more vehicles entering and exiting onto Tara Blvd

There is far too much traffic now. This development would add to an already congested intersection. New development should be considered east of I-75. West of I-75 is already overdeveloped.
