Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

No more apartments in Tera

Our roads can't handle more traffic, & we don't want rentals who don't pay taxes. PLEASE VOTE THIS DOWN!!!

I am against this project. So much of our area is over built already. SR70 and the Tara community simply cannot absorb the problems that this proposal will create.

I am against proposal to build 156 apartments on Tara Commercial Two Lots 5 & 6 and the Goodwill Parcel.

No more traffic

The proposed construction will add too much traffic on St Rd 70 and Tara Blvd. Sharon B Elliott

The possibility of 300 more cars in an already congested area is a horrible and dangerous idea.

I oppose the construction of the proposed apartment building. Please take this seriously-we do not need more traffic, more congestion in our preserve neighborhood.

This project will just destroy what the Tara community is about. Natural preserves and greenbelt

Please no more traffic----keep the community as it is----so glad to turn into our community after getting off the congested roads one has to drive on daily.

Totally against apartments being built in this area. The traffic will be unbelievable not to mention construction and construction traffic.

Don’t need the traffic. Flood problems and more.

Adding many more vehicles and residents will ruin the Tara Blvd. neighborhood turning it from quiet suburban residential to cityscape traffic and congestion.

I oppose this construction because of the density it will add to the neighborhood. It will dramatically change the nature of the entire area in a negative way.

I OPPOSE construction of the proposed apartment building. I live in the Villas at Tara located 450 feet from the Southwest corner of the apartment building and their parking lot. (Stone River Road & Tara Blvd.

It’s ridiculous to add 300 more cars daily to go through a failed intersection where people have died

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density.

I oppose apts at entry to Tara Blvd. it is a very dangerous intersection now and will be deadly should the apts be built.

I oppose the building of the apartments at the entrance of Tara Plantations.
