I have lived in Tara since 1998 I believe all of Tara residents don't want an apartment complex here!

Sr 70 and Tara Blvd. are congested as it is. These apartments would absolutely snarl traffic at all hours of the day and night.

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns. I, along with my neighbors intend to vigorously oppose this type of construction in our Tara Community and wish for the Manatee County Board of Commissioners to vote against this project to preserve the integrity of the Tara DRI plan and my best interest as a homeowner. Apartments at this location are inconsistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

Tara is a beautiful place to live and don’t believe anyone who lives here wants apartment buildings in this subdivision. Let alone the volume of traffic that will clog Tara blvd and state road 70.
