Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

Remember their decisions when it's time for the BoCC elections.

Iam against the building of an apartment building at this location.

Traffic!!

It is too high of a building and too dense for the parcel.

We moved here because we wanted a quit, not busy, area around us. This project totall changes the demographic of the area.

With the 99 houses recently approved, the traffic would be unbearable if the apartments are approved.

Want Goodwill bookstore to stay! It’s vital for our residents! And building is too tall, traffic too intrusive.

There is already too much traffic

Concern resident citing the area does not have adequate space for parking or the structure itself

We are against apartments being build. Tara is a community of homeowners, not renters. The streets cannot handle the traffic.

We do not want the proposed apartment building to be built on Tara Blvd. This will further aggravate the problem with congestion on SR 70.

Totally opposed to the construction of Apartments atTara Blvd/SR 70, it is already too congested.

I’m against the new apartment construction

I oppose the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community.

The apartments will add vehicle congestion to the area

I vehemently oppose the construction of the proposed apartment building by Zilber for numerous reasons, including it would be an absolute eye sore within the Tara community and would create numerous safety issues for the Manatee County residents already living there.
