I’m concerned about the impact this project will have on the already overcrowded Rt. 70 & Tara Blvd. intersection as well as local services(school,medical, police, and fire).

I am opposed to the apartments and 300+ parking spaces because of the density, flood water, traffic, compatibility and height concerns. This is crazy..

we already have too much 'transient traffic' with the hotel there....we don't need more rotating doors

I want to preserve the wooded area in Tara. When we moved here 8 years ago we were impressed with the trees and landscaping. Please, do not allow a 4 story building to replace this beautiful wooded area,

There is no precedence for a 4 story apartment complex. This is clearly against existing zoning ordinances. This only invites more multiple families living in one apartment.
