I appose the proposal by Zilber (applicant ZNS Engineering) to build 156 apartments with 300+ parking spaces on Tara Commercial Two Lots 5 & 6 and the Goodwill Parcel.

Permission to build this apartment complex will create a significant amount of traffic to an already struggling area.

There is too much building and traffic. There have been many accidents and this would add to an already unsafe road. Please stop building

Adding this apartment complex will significantly increase traffic and negatively impact the environment in the area displacing wildlife.

The proposed complex will generate safety issues with additional traffic in this area. Already a densely populated area. Cross traffic will be extremely more dangerous.

Very concerned about flooding due to increased solid surfaces and loss of areas for run off. Additionally the increased traffic it would cause in area.

Lower income housing never works. I spent the last 13 yrs working on the West Coast. The idea always sounds good but will not benefit current residence and will cause more problems guaranteed.
