Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

Please do not allow this apartment building to be built in this location. It is already well populated and has heavy traffic.

I oppose apartments at the entrance of Tara.

Please deny this proposal. We don’t need more density here

I strongly object to the apartment project. It is too large, too busy, and not in keeping with the make up of the neighborhood where each unit is individually owned. That is a big difference compared to corporate ownership.

I oppose the building of the apartment complex on Tara Blvd

That will probably make the intersection of Tara Blvd and Stone River Rd one of the worst in Manatee County.

Area is over built as it is.

It is very wrong for the county to allow a corporation to come into an area and violate a long standing agreement between the home owners and the county. The community must fight this in every way possible.

Not in favor of the new apartments

Tara Blvd & 70 already a dangerous enough intersection without additional traffic.

I am opposed to the apartments due to the height, traffic issues and flood water.

Build it elsewhere. Not in our development.

Building these apartments would cause severe traffic congestion to an already unsafe intersection. With the recent approval of 99 townhomes nearby Tara Blvd will become a thruway that already has speed problems.

We must preserve the initial idea of our neighborhood as its name says it. Tara Preserve. Not Tara Concrete Corner

There is too much traffic at Tara Blvd and SR 70, people making U turns from 70 WB at that intersection adds to the congestion. Very dangerous area for addition traffic. Vote NO to the apt building.
