Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

WE ARE VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT IN THE TARA PRESERVE!!!!!!

Too much congestion already.

Traffic is already heavy and unsafe at Tara Blvd. and SR 70. As a Tara resident, I oppose the rezoning of Tara Commercial Two lots 5&6 for apartments. Thank you for listening to the residents of Tara. High-density development is not a good use for these lots.

On the other hand, it adds more financing to the community that will allow to improve facilities without involving additional funding

Traffic filtering to Tara Blvd. To go West on 70 already busy. Only way out. Too much wirh added apartments.

I oppose the construction of apartments as it will add more congestion to an area that is already too congested with traffic and will lower our property values.

EGRESS TO HWY 70 WEST ALREADY CONGESTED. ONLY 1 EXIT ON TARA BLVD.

This will change the total character and appeal of our community.

Please don't allow an apartment building at the beautiful entrance of our golf-course communities. It would destroy our quiet communities and our property values. Thank you. Anthony Ingenito.
