We do not want apartments at the corner of Stone River Road and Tara. Our roads can not handle the traffic and amount of cars.

I strongly disagree with the proposal. The intersection between 70 and Tara Blvd is already too congested. We plan to retire to this community in the near future.

These apartments will diminish the price of our current homes and condos. I/We do not want to loose our property values which we strived to maintain! If something is to be built, it MUST BE with keeping up with our current properties, standards and more and not diminish them. Apartments will devalue our properties. IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT RENTERS DO NO KEEP THER AREAS OF HABITATION UP!! I/We for one have worked our entire lives to to get here, and apartment property with devalue everything we have worked for. NO THANK YOU! Please ditch this this idea as it is not in the best interest our community ever!
