Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

I oppose building of apartments

Apartment buildings are against the rules and an eyesore. Will ruin the aesthetic beauty of our development. NO APARTMENT BUILDING!!!

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns. I, along with my neighbors intend to vigorously oppose this type of construction in our Tara Community and wish for the Manatee County Board of Commissioners to vote against this project to preserve the integrity of the Tara DRI plan and my best interest as a homeowner. Apartments at this location are inconsistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

No to rezone and no to building apartments on Tara . Do not create more traffic on Tara Blvd.

I oppose the proposed apartment building as it will only create additional traffic and congestion to an already over crowed traffic area.

Too much congestion at that intersection now - Apartment Building would just increase this problem

We do not want this project to be approved

I oppose the construction of 156 apartments with 300+ parking spaces on Tara Commercial Two Lots 5&6 and Goodwill parcel.

I oppose this proposal. Too much traffic already.

I would hope the commission would not approve/take responsibility for a safety hazard that will surely cause more accidents by increasing traffic in an already busy area.

PLEASE DO NO Approve this application. We do NOT need another building at this location to further complicate traffic and flood issues.

Please do not compromise the quality of our Tara community and add density to our neighborhood by building an apartment complex. Let’s slow it down and have responsible growth.
