Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

I oppose this development. The traffic at the intersection of Tara and SR 70 is already too much for the current residents in Tara. The area can not hold this type of residential development.

I strongly oppose the building of 156 new apartments with 300+ parking spaces as the three building monstrosity doesn’t fit the Tara neighborhood and non-home ownership will lead to potential crime. The increased traffic will be a hazardous quagmire, and drainage will be a major issue during storms as everything will be paved over. Only Agree if they Reduce the number of units & stay within the 35’ limit !!!!!

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns.

I'm totally against the apartment complex. Will ruin our Tara neighborhood.

Traffic, crime, corruption, and destruction of an established neighborhood are a few concerns.

No apartments here! This is a stable community and the two hotels are already causing community issues with noise and pollution.

This building is not what our community is about. Too many people, too much traffic, too much congestion.

I am extremely opposed to the building of an apartment building in our Tara neighborhood. We are already overcrowded and this was not what we expected when moving to this neighborhood. We have many other issues which have been stated in the petition I have signed.
