Traffic congestion is already high in this area. New residents would only add to the congestion. There are numerous options for apartment dwellers in many other areas of Bradenton/Sarasota. This small parcel of land is not crucial to Manatee County residential development and should be left as is.

We strongly oppose the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community. Apartments at this location are not consistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

We live in a nice peaceful neighborhood with no problems. 156 apartments can cause nothing but problems and unbelievable traffic. It's hard to get out on the State road 70 now.

An out of town builder has proposed construction of a 4 story 156 unit apartment building on parcels located along Tara Boulevard, bordering 55th Avenue and Stone River Road. I, along with my neighbors, share many concerns about the location and scope of the project. They include the height of the proposed building, the additional traffic that it would bring to our community, storm water drainage and the out of scale height of the proposed building. Our Planned Community has existed for more than 40 years and its zoning has served us well. We chose Tara because the community was fully built out and were promised that there would be no surprises on the look of our community. The community consists of various types of housing; single family homes, condominiums. townhouses and patio homes which are all individually owned. I am concerned that bringing in hundreds of people with no long term ties to our community will not be positive. An example of this is the Woodsprings Suite Hotel located on Stone River Road less than 1/4 mile from the proposed apartment building. This is a defacto apartment building in our neighborhood and has had more than 40 police dispatches for serious infractions including drug overdoses, larceny, and theft since the beginning of the year. We don't need or want these type of things in our community.

Please reconsider this project due to the burden it would put on traffic at Tara Blvd and state rd 70, as well as water and sewage in our community. It also exceeds height restrictions. Thank you. Sincerely, Jenifer Bolcik 7675 Sweetbay Circle Tara Preserve

Just what we, as home owners in the Tara development need is a four story apartment building with attendant parking. There is enough congestion already. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

The extra traffic as a result of this housing will cause a very dangerous situation. SR70 and Tara Blvd. are extremely congested now. The accidents, both vehicle and bodily will be greatly increased. Please do not allow this to happen especially to all our current residents.

I say NO to an already an incredibly terrible traffic situation. Jamming more people in here will absolutely make it worse.

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns. I, along with my neighbors intend to vigorously oppose this type of construction in our Tara Community and wish for the Manatee County Board of Commissioners to vote against this project to preserve the integrity of the Tara DRI plan and my best interest as a homeowner. Apartments at this location are inconsistent with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written.

I oppose the construction of the planned apartment building. It is over the 35' limit. It would cause numerous traffic problems not to mention non ownership residence.

Stop apartments. This is already too congested and we have not even realized the impact of other new developments on 301 that will further affect traffic and emergency response to the Tara area.

Please do not approve the proposed 156 unit apartment complex. Approving the development of this complex would be very detrimental to our community.
