This is not the right project for this parcel. Also this isn't about providing rental housing for up to 300 young urban professionals" it is about preserving the lifestyle that over 2000 property owners and voters expected when they made their purchase years ago. The zoning is place is exactly what the original Developer had in mind--to support the Tara Community not to drop hundreds of un-affiliated (not members of Tara or the CDD)people into a neighborhood that they have little in common. The building they are proposing isn't the right choice. Is it going to look like Military Housing? Inquiring minds want to know. Think of Sesame Street.. One of these things is not like the others, One of these things just doesn't belong, Can you tell which thing is not like the others Before I finish my song?

Not in compliance with the zoning laws. Stop taking developer's monies allowing them to change rules and regulations in their favor.

Traffic congestion will be even higher on Tara Boulevard and 70. We hen we purchased our property, we did not account for this type of additional load on the infrastructure. Please do not approve apartments here.

This complex is an enormous infringement in such a tight piece of land. It is too large and too tall for this area.

Traffic congestion is already a problem at Tara Boulevard and 70, this would really increase the water runoff problem that already exists in the Tara Community. Please do not approve apartments here.

As a homeowner in Tara, the existing zoning regulations and plans for expansion were a critical consideration in the decision to purchase a home in Tara Preserve. Changing them at this point in time to accommodate the proposed project violates the trust homeowners have in the Board of Commissioners and our county government. This plan is detrimental to all existing homeowners and should be disapproved.

Zoning laws are set for a reason. Money should not be the reason to change zoning laws. We are quickly destroying the west coast. Take a ride to Miami and travel north to Palm beach. That was once beautiful like the west coast. This is where we are headed when we alter zoning regulations to make more money. Negative impacts on Tara community!

This should never happen. Can we not have one patch of land that is not occupied by some sort of building??? Definitely should not be this many apartments with 300+ parking spaces in that small space!! That is ridiculous!!!

Please take the people of Manatee County into consideration instead of continually siding with greedy developers.

I strongly oppose the proposal of the new apartment construction which exceeds the height limit.
