Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, Ect.

I oppose this building project at the entrance or near Tara Preserve !

I oppose the proposed construction ! Makes zero sense to put a building there !

This is not a suitable development for this area.

I totally opposed the contstruif the apartments on Tara Blvd.

Florida has gotten crowded through bad government in other states. We wish for big money to go elsewhere.

LET'S STOP THIS RIDICULOUS PROJECT THIS AREA DOES NOT NEED ANY FURTHER BUILDING/ TRAFFIC

The proposed complex would increase traffic significantly more than the proposed Walgreen location which was voted down so it should not be under consideration. A complex at Linger Lodge Road has been approved since this was proposed and the effects of that traffic increase have yet to be absorbed.

Only one way out to the West. To Tara Blvd. To hwy 70.

These apartments will destroy our neighborhood.

Another silly idea. Follow the money.

We're being built in, and losing what remains of our wetlands. The increased traffic load, and water and sewage demands are taxing our infrastructure.

We greatly oppose this project for the following reasons: Traffic flow that exceeds the original road designs, increased flooding due to decreased green space (storm water management), displaced wildlife and excessive building height for this community. I will not vote for any commissioner in favor of this plan.

I am afraid of the additional water problems

Besides being totally contrary to the building and zoning codes this project would severely and dangerous impact the traffic at the Rt 70 and Tara Blvd. interchange. This project is absolutely NOT in the best interest of anyone living in this area, traveling through this area or for Manatee County in general. Stand up against the contractors and builders and stand up for the citizens of Manatee County and vote NO to this project.
