The intersection at Tara Blvd and State Rd 70 is already one of the busiest in Manatee County. Adding more traffic to this intersection is going to create a hazardous driving condition for drivers.

This area is already oversaturated with residences being built yet we have no room in our schools, our hospitals, or our roads. Builder greed with no thought to current residents!

I own a home in the Tara community. We have maintained a peaceful, safe space for years and feel that the any new commercial or apartment building violates the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written!! NO APARTMENTS

As a homeowner in the Tara community I oppose the construction of an apartment building proposed by Zilber because of population density, flood water, increased traffic, zoning compatibility and wildlife concerns.

We have Traffic Problems at Tara Boulevard and S.R. 70 now,this would create more problems !!!! Also these Apartments are inconsistent with Manatee County Comprehensive Plan as written !!!
