I totally agree. If you have that power, you begin to think you are above the law because those other officers are your peers and they will protect you over the victim.

If this one good thing comes out of this senseless, heartbreaking tragedy, Tamara's life will not be in vain. Please "listen"....it's too late for Tamara, but this one change can save countless other lives.
